When the stakes belong to the public — the public decides.
NHV Arbitration is powered by AI. But for cases that touch public trust, commerce, and community — real people have the final say. Not because the law requires it. Because you chose it. Consent is the only authority here.
Jurors represent the audience — not the state. Their authority comes from the parties who chose them, not from any government appointment or legal mandate.
Both parties must explicitly choose jury review. It is never imposed. If either party declines — El Juez rules alone. The jury exists only by invitation.
Jurors are known only by their DVK position in geometric space — not by name, face, or identity. The geometry prevents impersonation. The network ensures sequestration.
Every juror action is DVK traced from arrival to resolution. Bad faith is detectable. Reliability scores are maintained. The record is permanent at resolution — not before.
This process seeks restoration, not conviction. The jury's role is to bring humanity to the AI's reasoning — not to defeat the other party. Resolution is the only victory.
We did the geometric work upfront. DVK identity is verified once — not perpetually re-proven. Once you're in the jury room, you're trusted. The sequestered network keeps it clean.
When a case is filed, a temporary DVK hash is issued. This active trace follows the entire proceeding — every step, every submission, every ruling — until complete resolution. It becomes permanent only then.
The system checks if the case qualifies for jury review. If eligible, both parties are offered the choice. Both must consent. One refusal ends the jury path. El Juez rules alone.
The AI judge reads everything — both stories, contracts, evidence, the law. He writes a complete draft ruling with full reasoning. The jury receives this draft — not a blank case.
3, 6, or 12 jurors — depending on case size — are assigned by DVK geometry. They deliberate in a sequestered network. They never know the parties. Only the facts, the reasoning, and the law.
Affirm — El Juez was right. Ruling is final.
Remand — More information needed. AI answers, jury revotes.
Override — Human arbitrator steps in. Final ruling issued.
When resolution is complete — not before — the DVK trace is promoted to permanent record. The award is sealed, hashed, QR-coded, and enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act and New York Convention.
Jury review is available when the dispute affects more than the immediate parties. Even when eligible — both parties must consent.
Tenant-landlord disputes, small debts, personal agreements. Private matters stay private. El Juez rules alone.
Consumer complaints, service disputes against businesses with over $1M revenue or public-facing operations. The public has an interest.
Contract disputes over $50k, partnership dissolutions with industry-wide impact. Commercial agreements that affect markets.
Environmental disputes, human rights matters, cases affecting communities. The public is always represented. Jury is mandatory if both parties consent to NHV.
Supply chain disputes, trade practices, licensing agreements affecting multiple parties or market conditions.
Servicemember disputes, veterans' matters, Article 120 adjacent cases. Specialized jurors with military law background. El Juez carries full UCMJ training.
"We only involve the public when both parties agree and the outcome could affect the public. The jury exists by consent — not by command. Truth is the only verdict worth reaching."
Jurors are ordinary people who believe resolution matters. No legal training required. Anonymous by DVK geometry. Compensated for your time. Trusted once — not constantly verified.
